Job Description:

A company is looking for a Provider Services Unit Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of complex issues
Work efficiently in a high-volume call center, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Mentor team members, sharing knowledge to enhance individual and team performance

Required Qualifications and Education

3+ years of customer contact operations experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or Medicaid-related fields
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and software tools like CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
Understanding of HIPAA requirements and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently while typing and talking simultaneously
