Rucker's Wholesale is seeking a Route Sales Associate.

This is a sweet established retail customer route. The route can be based in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Responsibilities will include delivery, replenishment, ordering, and stocking of private label candy and snack products.



Company offers:

- Salary $37-45K to start based on experience

- Annual Performance Bonus

- Company Van, PDA device, uniforms, & training

- Travel and overnight expenses paid

- Route has 1 overnight every other week

- 4 day route schedule- with an additional Friday every 4 weeks

- Average Mileage 1000 mi per week



We are looking for a positive attitude candidate that likes people, merchandising, and driving.

Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record. Experience in route delivery service is a plus!
