Your passion for customer service and product knowledge will help drive sales and build lasting relationships with our valued clientele.Job Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.-Assist customers with proper fitting of safety gear and helmets. - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed neatly.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.- Keep the sales floor clean and organized.- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.- Other duties as assignedJob Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience in retail or customer service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems.- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people.- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.- Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment.- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.Compensation details: 12.5-20 Hourly WagePIc84defcc1ed8-25660-36579295
