With this role, you'll work with familiar clients and freight loads, making your job more efficient and hassle-free. What We Offer: Competitive Pay:

• Average $1,602 per week / $83,304 per year if working 6 days
• Average$1,379 per week / $71,708 per year if working 5 days
• Starting pay of $0.61cpm
• Average 1,900 - 2,200 miles per week (depending on number of days worked)
• $20 stop pay
• Average 11-13 stops per week
• Detention, breakdown, and layover pay available
• Company sponsored per diem program Work Schedule and Benefits:
  • Home daily with early morning start times
  • Sunday and one rotating day off each week off (optional 6-day work week)
  • Dispatch and start/delivery schedules are provided the day before
  • No-touch freight Job Responsibilities:
    • Deliver trailers loaded with portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities
    • Will pick up and deliver to locations within a 200-mile radius of the Richmond area
    • Responsible for securing portable storage units and containers with straps
    • Will be trained to operate a forklift when needed

                  • Must live within a 75-mile radius
                  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
                  • Must have a Class A CDL
                  • Must be 21 years of age
                  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
                  • No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
                  • No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years
                  • No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
                  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
                  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions:
                    • Lift and move side kits -lift requirements: 46lbs
                    • Secure load with chains and hardware - lift requirements: 80lbs
                    • Climb onto and off the flatbed trailer/load
                    • Count freight
                    • Complete fuel tickets
                    • Complete delivery receipt
                    • Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90lbs
                    • Perform pre-trip inspections
                    • Drive
                    • Extensive travel - ability to sit upright for extended periods of time.
