This position involves the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and modification of industrial converting equipment. The successful candidate will document, recommend, and execute maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient performance of machinery and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, including wiring, power-up, and machine settings verification.Industrial Equipment Support: Support the maintenance of electro-mechanical systems, conduct mechanical testing, and carry out preventative maintenance.Modifications and Upgrades: Modify and improve electrical and mechanical systems to enhance production efficiency.Documentation and Procedures: Record maintenance activities, recommend improvements, and implement procedures to ensure consistent operation of manufacturing equipment.Team Collaboration: Work with the maintenance team to resolve electrical and mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment and systems.Key Qualifications:Strong knowledge of AC 3-phase motors and motor controls.Experience with AC/DC single-phase motors, controllers.Proficiency in PLC and relay logic controls for various types of manufacturing equipment.Familiarity with equipment communications protocols and electrical power distribution systems.Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Ability to install and repair electrical systems, including apparatus and electrical components of industrial machinery.Strong understanding of electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other technical specifications.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical/electronic test equipment.A hands-on approach with a strong desire to complete tasks and ensure high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.A willingness to learn Sugaright's processes, equipment, and procedures to improve overall performance.Additional Skills:Ability to thrive in a challenging manufacturing environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong commitment to safety standards and protocols.Benefits:401(k) with matchingDental InsuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:12-hour shifts Monday through ThursdayHolidaysOn-call availability (rotating schedule)Overtime and weekend availabilitySugaright LLC. is dedicated to providing a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.
