Skyline Terrace Nursing Home and Memory Lane Assisted Living is now hiring certified medication aides to help care for our residents on the 3pm to 11pm or 11pm - 7am shift (pay range includes shift differential). The ideal medication aide will be detail-oriented and possess in-depth knowledge of patient care procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills.*Responsibilities include but not limited to:** Deliver routine daily medications to patients.* Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications.* Follow written or verbal instruction on how to manage medications.* Record medication dosages and times.* Observe patients and document changes.* Uphold all health and safety standards.* Respond to patient emergency call bells to identify patient needs.*Requirements:*High school diploma or relevant qualification.*Must be certified medication aide*.Nursing Aide certification preferred (additional compensation for both certifications)A minimum of 2 years experience as a medication aide.Able to work flexible schedule with every other weekend required.Must have a good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.''Work Remotely* NoJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.25 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid orientation* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Weekends as neededWork Location: In personby Jobble
