ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.*Responsibilities** Performs appropriate ultrasound procedures and records anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data for interpretation by a physician.* Assists the physician in gathering sonographic data necessary to diagnose a variety of conditions and diseases.* Obtains, reviews, and integrates pertinent patient medical history and supporting clinical data to facilitate optimum diagnostic results.* Provides patient education related to medical ultrasound.* Records and processes sonographic data.* Provides patient services in a variety of medical settings.* Performs quality assurance checks on equipment, ensuring proper safety standards are met.*About Charlottesville, VA*Nestled in the heart of Virginia's picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, Charlottesville offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and vibrant culture, making it an ideal destination for anyone seeking a fresh start.
