Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Management
Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support the learning management system
(LMS)
Collaborate with various teams to design and manage learning
programs and course content
Generate reports and analyze LMS data to assess learning initiative
effectiveness
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Workday LMS Administrator or in a
similar role
Strong knowledge of Workday Learning Management System
administration and configuration
Experience in designing learning programs and managing course
content
Solid understanding of learning management best practices and
compliance requirements
Intermediate knowledge of Excel for reporting purposes
