About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Sanitation Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.Main Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the general upkeep and safety of the facility, including sweeping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and cleaning windows.
• Accident Response: Promptly respond to maintenance calls and attend to spills, breaks, or other accidents.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate ride on and walk behind floor scrubbers and perform basic preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Supply Management: Keep an organized, well-stocked, and simplified supply room and maintenance stations.Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Custodial/Janitorial Experience: Preferably have experience in custodial or janitorial roles.
