Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to join the Commercial Legal
Team to support North America-based Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client-centric legal support on commercial and legal issues
to Sales teams
Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS
and consulting agreements
Collaborate with business teams and legal groups to manage risks
and drive strategic improvements
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 3+ years of
in-house legal experience
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a State Bar
Association or equivalent
Experience in reviewing commercial contracts and conducting
independent negotiations
Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build
strong relationships with team members
