ALTA IT is looking for a lead trainer for an Oracle ERP implementation at one of our clients. This position is mostly remote, but candidates need to be local to Northern Virginia to be onsite during "Lunch and Learns" and go-live events.

An Oracle ERP Lead Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs on Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role also involves consulting a team of trainers, conducting needs analysis, and ensuring training materials are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Training Design and Development:
Develop and refine training materials, including instructor-led sessions, online courses, and hands-on exercises. Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of training needs to identify gaps in knowledge and skills. Delivery and Facilitation:
Deliver training sessions effectively, using a variety of teaching methods and adapting to different learning styles. Team Management:
Lead, mentor a team of ERP trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery. Content Updates:
Keep training materials current with new Oracle ERP releases and updates. Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and user needs.
