As part of our team, you'll enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus* (paid after 6 months of employment) and a $500 retention bonus* (paid after 1 year). Additionally, Store Managers can earn up to $1,500 in quarterly performance bonuses. Position Overview

As a Store Manager at Rebel Convenience Stores, you'll oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and team members. You'll be the driving force behind a positive store culture, upholding company values, and delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training of employees while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
• Drive store profitability by analyzing sales, managing inventory, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily financial reporting accurately.
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • 5+ years of experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic math and computer operations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
