Responsibilities for RN Staff Development Coordinator:

Teaching CNA classes (certified to teach preferred but not required)
Responsible for new hire competencies
Hands on education

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Staff Development Coordinator:

3 year LTC experience required
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
