Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Reviewer, Utilization
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely medical reviews that meet quality parameters
Document communication and decision-making accurately in workflow
tools
Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with treating providers regarding
clinical information
Required Qualifications
Board certification as an MD or DO with an unrestricted license to
practice medicine
6+ years of clinical practice experience
1+ years of utilization review experience in a managed care
plan
Licensure in multiple states is a plus
Board Certification in Cardiology or Neurology is a bonus
