  Requirements:

  • 1 Year Experience
  • Must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique
  • Operates x-ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures
  • Digital required
  • 3D required
  • Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and hold current certification by ARRT in Radiography
  • ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible
  • Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent and completion of a training program in imaging technology from an accredited school.
  • BLS
  • 2 years of experience in Mammography preferred
  • Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software and eRad is preferred
  • Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred
  • Prior quality control experience preferred
