• Tech Cert Verification - National
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Certification (Miscellaneous)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
  • Job Details
  • 13 weeks
  • Days 8-430
  • Every other weekend, must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays
  • 2 years experience in inpatient hospital wound care
  • BLS, WOCN cert required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Can submit with VA license pending
    • Additional Details
    • Qualivis: Proof of I9 or Attestation
    • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
    • For Qualivis: Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs/LPNs)
    • Completed by candidate prior to start.
