Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Case Manager to oversee
operational execution of complex cases and ensure client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex/multi-party cases from inception to
completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to
facilitate effective communication and provide timely responses to
client requests
Maintain databases of client information and navigate complex
cost-sharing arrangements to ensure client satisfaction and
profitability
Required Qualifications
Experience in a similar role or capacity involving complex
cases
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex
projects simultaneously
Experience in scheduling and managing international jobs
Familiarity with electronic document management systems and CRM
software
Knowledge of court reporting industry standards and operational
aspects, including rates and billing
