We are looking for an Automation Engineer to drive productivity and
performance to the next level. As a Trex Automation Engineer,
you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing
concepts, and implementing automation projects in a growing
manufacturing organization. As a key member of Advanced
Manufacturing, the Automation Engineer will work with all facets of
the organization to deliver projects that are production ready.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Reports: 1-2 technicians and up to 10 external vendors and
contractors.
Travel: Some domestic travel on an annual basis can be expected for
this opportunity.

EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing
environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a close-knit team environment.
Project management experience from concept through commissioning
required.
Working knowledge of problem-solving techniques required.
Preferred:
BASE SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$130,000 annually
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for
potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base
salary and does not account for other benefits or additional
compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also
eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in
addition to the base salary.

factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and
