Job Description:
A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection
activities
Research payments, denials, and account discrepancies to ensure
accurate reimbursement
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to
resolve billing issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services or
the insurance industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of common office software, including word
processing and spreadsheets
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range
of audiences
